Things to note
Please note / full disclosure – Whilst this property is a well-kept charming Victorian terrace, it still retains some of its original features, including a steep narrow staircase, the separate bathroom and toilet are downstairs, there is a very small bath which is really only suitable for children, and the garage / parking space isn’t huge and will only fit a small to midsized vehicle (4.5m x 2.9m)
Rates
$425 per night
– Minimum stay of 7 nights – however we will always try to meet your needs
if we have availability between bookings
– 30% non-refundable deposit at time of booking
– Payment in full 60 days prior to arrival date
– 10% discount applies after 14 days
– $1000 credit card ‘pre-approval’ bond for excessive cleaning or accidental damage
Terms and Conditions
Check in time is 3pm (flexible if we don’t have cleaning that day) Check out time is 10am (flexible if we don’t have anyone checking in that day)
We supply linen, towels, free wifi, and a few basic essentials to get you going ,including; cleaning products, tea towels, toilet paper, tea, coffee, salt and pepper.
Other than linen and towels, you are asked to leave the house as you found it or a minimum service fee of $200 applies. This includes taking out rubbish, ensuring dishes are cleaned and put away, and the house is left in a reasonable clean and tidy state.
Staining or damage of sheets or upholsteries, and any undue damage to the property or its contents are your responsibility, and professional cleaning, servicing and repair will be at your cost.
There are no parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 6 people allowed at this property at any time. No more than 4 guest to sleep at this property without the express permission of the owner prior to your arrival.
This is a no smoking property. Cigarette damage including residual odours may result in loss of bond to clean. You can of course smoke in outdoor areas, however, please be aware of residual odours.
There are no pets allowed at this property.
Please feel free to ask anything prior to your arrival, and should anything not be acceptable to you, please lets us know immediately and we will endeavour to remedy the issue as soon as possible.
